Reservations
If you would like to make a reservation, please contact us via email or phone. We accept Visa, MC, and AMEX. 50% percent of total payment is required to hold requested times. The second half will be billed to your credit card upon arrival. If you’d like to pay the balance with a check or different card, please let us know.
Please note:
availability is subject to change at any time. There have been a couple of incidents where people contacted us about dates which were available. By the time they got back to us, the space was booked. We cannot hold dates. We recommend that if you want to stay at any of the houses, you secure the booking with a credit card. Thanks for understanding.
Cancellations
If you cancel more than 30 days before your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded. If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival dates, you will receive a refund if we can rent the space.
Security Deposit
In lieu of a damage deposit, your credit card information will be kept on file until the end of your stay. If there are any damages/loss, we will bill your credit card. If additional cleaning is required, appropriate charges will be billed to your credit card.
Liability
Tenant agrees to accept liability for any damages caused to the property (other than normal wear and tear) by tenant or tenant’s guests, including, but not limited to, landscaping and misuse of appliances and equipment furnished. Lodging323, LLC is not responsible for any loss of valuables.
Also
Smoking is permitted on the outside patio or deck only. No smoking inside any of the houses. Pets are not permitted at Hyperion, Edgecliffe, or Maltman. There is plenty of street parking and the neighborhood is safe and quiet. However, Lodging323, LLC is not responsible for damage to your car or loss of valuables in your car.
Check-in
Check-in time is 3:00 pm, Check-out time is 11:00 am.
